Qinhuangdao is a port city and prefecture-level city in northeastern Hebei province, People's Republic of China. It is about 300 km east of Beijing, on the Bohai Sea, the innermost gulf of the Yellow Sea.Its population during the 2010 census was 2,987,605, with 820,800 living in the urban area of 3 districts.
